What this site is. OpusDesk Arcade is a free catalogue of browser games. We do not make the games and we do not host the game files. The games are made by independent studios, distributed by game distribution platforms, and embedded here in a frame.

Your use of the games. Each game is governed by its own terms and by the distributing platform's terms. Nothing here grants you a licence to copy, redistribute, download or modify a game.

No warranty. The catalogue is provided as-is. We do not promise that a game will load, run correctly on your device, keep your progress, or suit your children. Games are listed from the information the distribution platform publishes, and we may not have played every one.

Changes and removals. We add, re-order and remove games at any time, without notice. If a game should not be listed, see the copyright page.

Liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or of any game reached through it.

Advertising. Advertising inside a game is served by the distribution platform. We do not sell advertising, we do not accept payment to place a game, and we cannot influence which advertisement appears.
